‘We know what we need to do’ – Dasilva

Jay Dasilva says City must cut out their mistakes which proved costly in the 3-0 defeat to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

The Sky Bet Championship leaders scored two first-half goals through Callum Robinson and Hal Robson-Kanu, both with an air of fortune about them, before Romaine Sawyers was shown a red card for an off-the-ball incident.

City had little time to threaten a comeback though, with Robson-Kanu quickly adding West Brom’s third.

But questions will be asked of West Brom’s second and third goals, respectively.

Speaking after the game, Dasilva told Robins TV: “It just goes to show that with mistakes in the big games we get punished so that’s what we can take from this game.

“Yes, moving on we have to take the positives going into the next game (Huddersfield Town away). We know what we need to do with 12 games to go and it’s up to us.”

City v Huddersfield kicks off at 7.45pm on Tuesday (February 25th).
