Monthly subscriptions frozen for Robins TV

Everyone at Bristol City hopes its supporters and their loved ones are keeping safe and well at this time.

In light of the current postponement of fixtures, supporters with a monthly Robins TV pass will see their subscription frozen until such a time as football resumes.

Matches have currently been postponed until no earlier than April 30th and while monthly subscriptions have been frozen, existing subscribers will still have access to all Robins TV content, as well as videos uploaded to the official club website and App.

Any monthly subscribers billed since our Sky Bet Championship match with Fulham on Saturday, March 7th should contact bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com to claim a one month refund.

More information regarding the monthly restart charge will be made in due course.
