Dykes set for 100th international cap

Bristol City Women captain Loren Dykes will chalk up a century of international caps when Wales face the Czech Republic on Thursday evening.

Jayne Ludlow has today confirmed that Dykes will start for her country at Rodney Parade and become Wales’ second centurion after team mate, Jess Fishlock.

The match at Rodney Parade has already broken records with more than one thousand tickets sold, making it the most attended friendly match the Wales women’s team have ever had.

Dykes could line up alongside her Bristol City Women team mate, Gemma Evans who has also been included in Ludlow’s 20-player squad for the friendly.

Wales vs Czech Republic will take place on Thursday, April 4th (7pm) at Rodney Parade.
